Muse en Lystrala is a classically trained vocalist, instrumentalist, composer, and author. An experienced electronic composer, she has composed video game scores for Omiya Games, Superset Interactive, Queenship Game Studio, Iron Circus, Ruckus Games, and others. Muse additionally composes and performs for Umbra Oceania, a Pagan avant garde classical and folk music project, and PROPYLAIA, a prog and symphonic metal project. She performed on viola and voice with the Composer's Orchestra in Edinburgh from 2023 - 2026, contributing original classical compositions as well.A horror and fantasy enthusiast since childhood and co-founder at Triplecast Games, Muse authored the horror stories that gave rise to the new gothic/urban horror TTRPG, "The Hidden Keys," and she additionally composes backdrop music for storytelling sessions for the game. Further delving into her humanities background along with her great love of horror, she produces the YouTube series Dark Roots: Foundations of Modern Horror. A games enthusiast as well as developer, Muse streams twice weekly on Twitch, focusing on indie horror and cozy games. She lives in Scotland with her husband and co-creator, artist David JJ Smith, with lots of plushies, books, and video games.
